What about your Mills experience have you continued to benefit from since graduating?
The confidence that I gained while at Mills is probably most valuable. Putting yourself through a rigorous grad program you can't help but to grow as a person from it. I learned an incredible amount from all of my instructors that have helped shape me as a person and an artist and as a teacher. Also the relationships I gained with my fellow students have stayed with me and continued to be a supportive network emotionally and creatively.
How has dance helped shape your current work or passions?
Dance is my passion and I work really hard to keep dance as my main work. What keeps me working so hard is my passion for it.
