Karuna Jaggar is Executive Director, East Bay, at the Women's Initiative. She has 10 years of experience working to promote and research women's microenterprise. In addition to conducting her doctoral research on women's microenterprises in Tanzania, Karuna worked in India with a local microenterprise organization to design and implement a longitudinal survey to determine program outcomes.
