Noah AlperNoah Alper is head of Noah Alper Consulting, which specializes in strategic management, executive coaching, and business planning. He founded Noah's Bagels in 1989 and grew it to a public business that sold for $100 million. He also has founded five other businesses.  Alper is the author of the forthcoming Business Mensch: Timeless Wisdom for Today's Entrepreneur, which includes his philosophy of integrating community service and business.

Dr. Jane Ives is the Director of the Global Leadership in Microfinance Programs and the Grameen NGO Student Internships in Bangladesh Program at the Thunderbird Global Financial Services Center, Thunderbird School of Global Management. She received her MSc. degree from The London School of Economics and her PhD from the Faculty of Economics at the University of London. Dr. Ives was also a Post Doctoral fellow in Globalization and Management at Oxford University.

Dr. Ives was a full-time Professor of Management for more than 15 years, teaching at Suffolk University, University of Massachusetts, and Bentley University. She specialized in Strategy, International Business, Leadership, and Marketing. She has also taught at many universities in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Dr. Ives was a Fulbright Professor in Global Management, Leadership, and Strategy in Taiwan and Japan.

Dr. Ives is currently writing an article and a book on Global Leadership and Global Business Strategy.

Dr. Spencer's guiding interests are the development of programs & policies that promote socio-economic and educational achievement as essential components to sustain communities. His penchant for non-profit innovation, social justice, and public policy provide a foundation to further explore and develop solutions addressing the underlying structural causes of poverty, social injustice, and health and human rights violations.
