To encourage undergraduate students to pursue professional study to complement their liberal arts education, Mills introduced the first 4+1 BA/MBA Program at a women's college in 2001. This dual-degree program enables students to earn both a bachelor's degree and an MBA within five years. Students benefit from the breadth of learning they gain from our liberal arts curriculum, which is then enhanced by professional training that helps ensure career success.
