Applying to the Upward Bound Program is a three step process.

Step One: Acquire an Application

You may acquire an application in one of two ways.

1. Download and print an application
2. Visit our office on the Mills College campus and pick up an application

Step Two: Gather Information

Before completing an application, discuss with your parent/guardian the eligibility requirements for the program. Feel free to call our office if you have any questions.

Step Three: Submit the Application

After completing the application, you are ready to submit.

Submit your application by mail or hand delivery to our office.

Once we receive your application, our staff will call or email you regarding the next steps in the process.
