Element K lists their system requirements here. Scroll down to Supported System Platforms and Supported Browsers. We have had problems with some systems they claim to support. We have not had problems on PC's using Internet Explorer, so that is what we reccommend.
If you do not already have 'Shockwave' or 'Flash' installed, you will be prompted by the Element K site to install these. Or you can download the necessary browser and/or 'Shockwave' and 'Flash' for you PC or Mac via the links below. 'Shockwave' and 'Flash' will automatically determine the version necessary for your computer.
Note: Depending on your computer's settings, the downloaded files may be saved to locations other than the desktop. If you don't see the installers on your desktop, then on-campus Mac Users might find them in the "downloads" folder on the hard drive. PC users may want to check the "My Documents" folder.

If you use a beta version or a modified browser, you may encounter difficulties accessing the site. One such example is America Online. We suggest that if you do, connect as usual, minimize (don't exit) the browser, then launch Internet Explorer to access Element K.
