International Students
Mills College welcomes international students and is proud to have students from around the world as part of our global learning environment. While all students experience new challenges when they enter college, international students often face additional adjustments when they first come to the United States. The international student advisor (ISA) is available to help students make this transition, offering a variety of services including immigration advising and compliance, work permission, personal support and advocacy, and workshops. International students are encouraged to work closely with the ISA throughout their time at Mills. The ISA also works closely with all members of the Mills community to ensure quality programming that fosters global awareness, promotes respect, and facilitates understanding of the many cultures represented at Mills. For more information, check online, visit the Cowell Building, or call 510.430.2130. |
