Class placement will be determined at the beginning of each semester. Students at the elementary level must register for elementary ballet and elementary modern simultaneously. Students at the intermediate or advanced level are required to take one semester of intermediate ballet in addition to their 4 classes of modern technique per week. Majors are also required to participate in special activities of the department, including setting up, crewing, and striking dance productions.

Senior Requirement (1 course credit):

And select any other courses from the Dance Department course list (DNC) to complete a total of 13.75 course credits.
