Student Opportunities

The following positions are available starting in December, 2009:

Volunteer (schedules are flexible)

Course credit (based on number of hours)

Basic Responsibilities Include:

(1) Recruiting families for participation in our studies

(2) Conducting behavioral experiments

(3) Videotaping, coding and data entry/management

(4) Maintaining lab web pages and participant recruiting systems

(5) Participation in weekly lab meetings

(6) Providing general support and organization for the laboratory

Candidates must have:

• Developmental and Methods courses in Psych and/or Education

• Initiative, independence, and strong organization skills

• Warm and professional engagement with parents and children

• Computer proficiency (Excel, SPSS)
