Important: Please read the license agreement ("license") carefully before submitting work to The Pond. By submitting work, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not submit work.
The Pond license agreement is not considered "active" until The Pond has received a signed copy of the agreement. The Pond signatory will then sign the agreement and keep it on file. We will send you a digital copy via email of the signed contract for your records. Additionally, you may pick up a copy from The Pond office during our office hours.
Submit either directly to the Mills Music Department office or by mail to:

The Pond is a student organization and therefore cannot afford to pay royalties for registered works. Due to increasingly stringent copyright laws for digital streaming, we require a non-exclusive license from copyright owners for compositions and recordings. If, for any reason, the copyright owner transfers ownership (e.g., a record label), or changes their licensing agreements in any way that affects a work submitted to The Pond, remember to notify The Pond immediately so that we may remove your work from circulation.Contact:
