ICL (Institute for Civic Leadership) A semester program in civic leadership for women through internships, workshops, lecture series, and mentoring relationships. ICL students develop strategies and concrete skills needed for civic engagement and civic leadership.ICL attracts women from colleges across the country to participate in a supportive learning environment. The program is both intellectually rigorous and practically relevant.

WLI (Women's Leadership Institute) As part of the Mills academic environment, the WLI strives to be a visible and integral component to enrich learning, inquiry, and scholarship within the college by sponsoring dialogues on women's leadership, visiting scholars, and film series. The Institute is creating a bridge between the college as a learning communitiy and the wider world of women in emerging leadership roles beyond the boundaries of the college.

Mills Community Link (Previously Mills CARES) This serves as the hub of community service and service learning for Mills College. The Center serves four purposes:
1) linking students, faculty, and staff to community service opportunities,
2) supporting students and faculty engaged in service learning, and
3) serving as a clearinghouse for community agencies seeking volunteers.
4) organizing an annual Alternative to Spring Break Program, an intensive service-learning experience that explores critical social issues through direct service, reflections, discussions, guest speakers, and readings.
