Commencement: Guest Rooms and Hotels 

Residence Halls
Guestrooms are available in residence halls for guests of the College and personal guests of graduating students. Each graduating student may reserve two residence hall guestrooms for personal guests, based on availability. Charges range from $60 to $72 nightly.

Important: To reserve guestrooms, contact the HMDS Office, located in Sage Hall 138, in person or by calling 510.430.2063. Guestroom reservations for Commencement are accepted beginning Monday, March 31st. Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Do not leave messages on the voicemail to reserve guestrooms. Please continue to call until a staff member can answer your call. All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Payment in full confirms your reservation. Guestrooms will not be held without payment in full.
