1. All meeting facilities have a security deposit of $500, due upon signing of the contract. Your security deposit will be refunded within 10 business days after the event concludes, provided there are no damages.
2. The Lisser Theater rental fee does not include audiovisual equipment fees. The Cleaning Fee will be charged for all receptions taking place in the Lisser Foyer. Your security deposit of $1,000 will be refunded within 10 business days after the event concludes, provided there are no damages. Lisser Foyer can only be used for a reception in conjunction with renting Lisser Theater. We recommend using our on-site caterer, Bon Appetit. If an off-site caterer is used, appropriate licenses must be obtained by caterer/client. These include Alcohol Beverage Control, local catering and business licenses, and liability insurance.
3. The Reinhardt Alumnae House Living Room and Patio are rented together as one unit. Rental fees listed above do not include security deposit and cleaning fees. For more information and reservations, please call the College Events office at 510.430.2145, or email conference@mills.edu .
4. Mills Hall Classrooms 132 and 133 are connected with a large sliding door between them.
5. The Faculty Dining Room and Faculty Lounge are rented together as one unit. Our on-site caterer, Bon Appetit, must be used for events taking place in the dining room during their business hours. If an off-site caterer is used, appropriate licenses must be obtained by caterer/client. These include Alcohol Beverage Control, local catering and business licenses, and liability insurance.
