Commencement: Private Parties
Deadline for reservations is Friday, May 2, 4:00 pm.
Outdoor private parties are allowed on campus on Commencement day by reserving the location in advance beginning Tuesday, April 1, 2014, via email to Sandy Vavak in the College Events Office, email@example.com. The College will not provide tables, chairs, other equipment or any set-ups for private parties, due to the demand placed on the College's equipment and personnel during Commencement weekend.
Please clean up after the party, using marked trash cans. Extra trash can liners may be obtained from the Office of Housing Management and Dining Services (HMDS), Sage Hall 138, 510.430.2127, between 9:00 am–12:00 pm & 1:00 pm–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday. There is no fee for use of the party location. However, a fee will be assessed if facilities and grounds are not cleaned up immediately following the party.

Alcohol Policy Acknowledgement: Private party sponsors are required to read and sign the Alcohol Policy Acknowledgement. No alcohol may be served at any of the outdoor parties.
