Career Services

Helping you explore, set goals, and realize your potential.

Like the College itself, the Career Services Office is a place where you can identify your talents and your dreams and create a plan to achieve them.

We will help you take your remarkable Mills education and craft it into a career doing work that matters to you. From listening to your hopes to connecting you with Mills alumnae and other professionals willing to share their ideas, we work with you from the beginning of your college career through the development of your future career.

You can start the process of discovery in your first year at Mills. We encourage you to take advantage of our wide array of career development resources that will help you pinpoint your interests and talents as well as show you how and where to use them. Through our one-on-one career counseling, we can also help when you’re choosing a major.

When you’re ready, we can connect you to internships, job shadowing opportunities, informational interviews, career fairs, and job leads. We can also help you polish your resume, graduate school application, or interview skills so you’re prepared for your next step.
