Visiting the Mills Campus
During the academic year, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions hosts several campus visit programs for students and their parents. Click here for more information on these special visit programs.
Prospective students who are unable to attend one of our special campus visit programs may wish to schedule an individual visit or a group visit to campus.
Throughout the year, prospective students may arrange to visit the campus Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to attend an information session, take a tour of the campus, and interview with an admission counselor. If you are visiting while classes are in session, you will also have the option of sitting in on a class, speaking with a faculty member or athletic coach, and/or have lunch with a current student. Students who have been admitted to Mills College will be able to stay overnight with a current student during the Spring 2015 semester.
To schedule your visit to Mills, contact the Office of Admissions at 800.87.MILLS or fill out our online visit request form.
We welcome many groups to campus throughout the year, from high schools to community-based educational organizations. Groups will will have the opportunity to attend a student-led campus tour and an information session with an Admission Counselor.
Groups of 10–50 high school students, along with chaperones, may arrange a visit Monday to Friday throughout the year, based on space and staff availability. Holidays and other campus closure dates will not be available. Check the academic calendar here for closure dates.
In order to provide a great visit experience, we limit group visits to students of high school age. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your visit date.
