Mills College reserves the right to deviate from the printed schedule from time to time. While every attempt will be made to inform patrons in advance when there will be a change, staffing issues, pool maintenance problems, weather and other safety issues may necessitate closing the pool without notice. We apologize for the inconvenience if that should occur.

During the summer and after 6:30 pm during the year, lap swimmers share lanes with other programs—swim lessons, water polo, staff training and classes.  Having multiple user groups share the pool at the same time allows us to be able to offer more lap swim time.

FALL SEMESTER SCHEDULE—August 24-December 15, 2009

WINTER BREAK SCHEDULE—December 8-15, 2009 and January 6-24. 2010

  Special Events at the Pool

The pool will be closed or the schedule is changed for Lap Swim and Rec Swim on the following days:

• Wed, Nov 25, start of Thanksgiving, Pool closes at 3 pm
• Thu, Fri, Nov 26, 27, Thanksgiving, POOL CLOSED
• Sat, Sun, Dec 12, 13, Swim Meet, POOL CLOSED
• Wed, Dec 16-Tue, Jan 5, Winter Break, POOL CLOSED

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Picture ID required for everyone to use the pool area.
Exception: Children accompanied by an adult or program supervisor.

• Children under 14 years of age are welcome during RECREATIONAL SWIM HOURS only.
• Children under 13 years of age must be directly supervised by an adult.
• Children under six years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

The shallow end is open for play only during RECREATIONAL SWIM hours.

Pool Fees

Beginning January, 2008

No charge for children under three years of age.

FOTC 10 for $56                                                                  Alum 10 for $40

Towel Rental: Daily towel – $2
Pool Lockers: No fee for Mills College students
All others: $35/semester, $35 for the summer

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children under 13 years of age must be directly supervised by an adult.
• Children under six MUST be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.
• Immediate family members of students or alums must be accompanied by the student or alum, or they will be considered to be Friends of the College.
