Swim Lessons

Offered year-round!

Late Fall Swim Lessons
October 13 through November 19

  • 2 lessons a week for 3 weeks
  • T/Th lessons
  • $75 per session; includes parking pass for duration of registered session.*

2 Sessions:
Session 1: October 13–October 29
Session 2: November 3–November 19

Parent (Guardian)/Child (October 13–29 only)

  • 4:30 pm–5:00 pm

Preschool (October 13–29 only)

  • 4:30–5:00
  • 5:05 pm–5:35 pm

Learn-to-Swim Levels I, II, III

  • 5:05 pm–5:35 pm
  • 5:40 pm–6:10 pm

Learn-to-Swim Levels IV, V, VI

  • 6:15 pm

*NEW* Comp Swim (Competitive Swim)

  • One hour
  • 5:40 pm–6:40 pm
  • 3 week session $150

Participants will learn about competitive swimming in a recreational environment that focuses and emphasizes on stroke technique and skill development. This program is designed for people who are interested in the competitive swimming environment, looking for a healthy and fun exercise, and who want to learn how to become a stronger swimmer. This is a three week course and practices are held twice a week. Minimum skills include the ability to safely swim 25-yards (one length of the pool), have a basic understanding of any of the four competitive swimming strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly).

*Parking on the Mills College campus will be limited and monitored for parking passes. An official parking pass for the current session is necessary at all times on the Mills College campus.

Partial scholarships available based on need and availability.

Private Swim Lessons

  • Offered year around
  • All ages, all skill levels
  • Thirty minute lessons–$40 for one student, $60 for two students (swimmers must be at a similar skill level).
  • Arranged to meet your schedule
  • You can print the Private Lesson Request Form below and mail it in or come to the pool and complete a request for private lessons.
