Wendy Franklin-Willis has been the head rowing coach at Mills College since 2000. She began her coaching career at Mills in 1993 after receiving her BA in psychology from Mills earlier that year. Wendy left Mills for several years to pursue a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from George Washington University during which time she served as an assistant coach for the Georgetown University rowing program. After earning her degree, Wendy coached at Mt. Holyoke College (1997-1999) and the University of Miami (1999-2000) before returning to Mills to take over the program.
