Satterwhite earns California Pacific Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

October 12, 2009  Chelsea Satterwhite (Mountain View, CA/ Los Altos HS) is selected as the California Pacific Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for October 5–11, 2009.

Satterwhite, a freshwoman center midfielder, scored five goals and earned two assists in a 1-1-1 week for the Mills College Cyclones. The Cyclones lost to William Jessup University in California Pacific Conference 5-1 on Wednesday in Oakland, then tied SUNY Maritime 3-3 on Friday in Throgs Neck, New York and won 12-0 over College of Mt. St. Vincent on Sunday in Riverdale, New York.

Teammates Katja Davis and Rachel Dorney added strong offensive and defensive support: each of them scored three goals and two assists for the Cyclones' during New York competitions. Dorney also played part-time as goal keeper with 10 saves for the week.
