Volleyball Leaders Earn Cal Pac Honors

November 12, 2009  Mills Volleyball has had three seniors selected for California Pacific All-Conference honors this year:

Karen Sally Espinosa, International Relations major, was selected to All-Conference Second Team for her outstanding performances as Mills’ top outside hitter. She totaled 139 kills and 515 total attacks this season and led the Cyclones’ offense throughout the season.

Cristin Allen, Environmental Science major, received Honorable Mention for her offensive and defensive support. She totaled 408 attacks this season, in addition to 148 digs and 29 service receptions.

Isidora Jimenez, International Relations and Mathematics double major, received Honorable Mention for her key defensive role as the Cyclones’ libero. She totaled 224 digs this season, averaging 4.1 digs per set, the second highest average in the conference.
