We regret to inform you that Mills College will not be running the Summer Arts Program in 2008. There will be two large construction projects on campus this summer: the Concert Hall renovation and the new Graduate School of Business building. Our first priority has always been to ensure the safety and well-being of camp participants and this would be a challenge given the magnitude of the upcoming construction projects. Therefore, Mills College has decided not to offer the Summer Arts Program this year. The Mills College aquatic center will be offering swim lessons throughout the day and evening this summer. Please see the aquatics website for more information about summer lessons. If you participated in Summer Arts in 2007 and need the Federal Tax ID #, please call 510-430-2172.
Mills College is located at 5000 MacArthur Boulevard, Oakland, CA on 135 acres between highways 13 and 580. Our facilities consist of spacious art studios, beautiful grass fields, a wood-floor gymnasium, tennis courts, computer labs, dance studios and an exquisite aquatic center consisting of ten lanes and a 40' x 60' shallow teaching area.
