Admissions Calendar

We have concluded our tours of the Preschool and Elementary School programs for the 2012-13 school year, but we accept applications all year round. For more information, please contact Whitney Walker, Admissions Director, at 510.430.2053 or wwalker@mills.edu.

October 25–January 31: Elementary School tours (most Tuesdays), 9:00-10:30 am

October 27: K-5 Open House, 6:00-7:30 pm

November 30: K/1 Literacy Night, 6:00-7:30 pm

December 1–February 16: Infant/Toddler and Preschool tours (most Thursdays), 9:30-11:00 am

January 12: Elementary School priority application deadline

• Priority deadline for current families and siblings entering Preschool or Elementary
• Financial aid forms due for Elementary applicants

February 17: Infant/Toddler & Preschool priority application deadline

• Financial aid forms due for Infant/Toddler and Preschool applicants

February 25 & 28: Kindergarten visit days

• Applicants for grades 1–5 will be contacted to arrange a date to visit the school on a regular school day during the month of February

March 9: Elementary decision letters mailed

March 15: Infant/Toddler & Preschool decision letters mailed

March 16: Signed Elementary contracts due with $1000 non-refundable deposit by 9:00 am

March 27: Signed Preschool contracts due with $1000 non-refundable deposit by 9:00 am
