Information Events for the 2012-13 School Year Space is limited for our tours and open house events, so please register online! Or, contact Whitney Walker, Admissions Director, at wwalker@mills.edu at 510.430.2053. Please list your first two choices for tour dates and any open house events you'd like to attend. Also provide the names of any adults who will be attending, the name and birth date of your child, your mailing address, email address, phone number, and how you first heard about our school. Elementary School Tours: 9:00-10:30 am During Elementary School tours, you'll learn all about our K-5 curriculum, visit classrooms in session, and participate in a Q&A session with our teachers and parents. All tours are for adults only (babes in arms OK).
It's not too late to apply! All applications submitted by January 12 are scheduled first for our Kindergarten visit on February 25. However, we still accept K-5 applications after this date and will add extra K visit dates as necessary to accommodate all prospective students. Those applying to 1st-5th grades will visit the classroom during a regular school day. All applicants will be given the same consideration for enrollment. Please note: We have limited openings in our Elementary School for the current school year and we are still accepting K-5 applications. Infant/Toddler and Preschool Tours: 9:30-11:00 am During tours of our Early Childhood program, you'll view classrooms in session and participate in a Q&A session with our staff. All tours are for adults only (babes in arms OK).
Priority Preschool application deadline: February 17 Please note: We will give an overview of both the Infant/Toddler and Preschool programs at every tour, but on December 2 and January 19, we will focus primarily on the Infant/Toddler program, with more time for questions specific to that developmental stage. Before your tour, you will receive a reminder email with directions to the school. Thank you! |
