If you'll be taking public transportation, Alameda Contra Costa (AC) Transit buses stop right outside the Mills front gate. If you're taking Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), you can pick up the Mills shuttle at its stops in Oakland or Berkeley to bring you right to campus.
