How to Apply:

Please download the appropriate materials, found below.

Forms can be submitted by mail (see the bottom of page one of the Residence Agreement), by fax (510.430.2155), or by scanning them and emailing them to housing@mills.edu.

Security/reservation deposits can be paid by mailing a check or money order, by calling 510.430.2127 to pay by credit card, or by faxing credit card information (card number, expiration date and billing address) to 510.430.2155.

Entering first-year students:
Please submit the First-Year Student Residence Application/License Agreement for 2011–12, the Drug Policy and Enforcement form, and a $150 security/reservation deposit.

Transfer students, graduate students, and continuing students:
Please submit the Residence Application/License Agreement for 2011–12, the Drug Policy and Enforcement form, and the appropriate deposit for your preferred housing option (see page two of the Residence Agreement for deposit amounts).
