The dormitory-style residence halls close for the winter break at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 19. All students in the dormitory-style residence halls must complete the winter break check-out process by this time.

The independent living options do not close for the winter break, but students moving out of their rooms for the spring semester are required to complete the check-out process by 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 22, for Ross House, Larsen House, the Prospect Hill Apartments, and the Courtyard Townhouses, or by 12:00 noon on Monday, December 31, for the Underwood Apartments.
