Mills Introduces New Courtyard Townhouses

With record numbers of students enrolling at Mills, we are pleased to offer new residential options to meet the increased demand. Dedicated in the fall of 2006, distinctive townhouse apartments were opened to accommodate close to 100 upper-level undergraduate and graduate students 21 years of age or older.

The charming new Craftsman-style apartments are located just off the main campus entrance. Students have a choice between four- and five-bedroom units, each including a kitchen, a living room with cable tv hook-up, and an adjoining dining area. Apartments also include high-speed and wireless Internet access, all utilities, shared laundry facilities, and a bike room. First floor units are ADA accessible.
