10:00 am	Academic department welcome events
10:00 am–12:00 pm	Self-guided computer orientation
10:00 am–4:30 pm	Student ID Card/AC Transit EasyPass/ Parking Permit pickup at Sage Hall
11:00 am–4:00 pm	Graduate Lounge Open House
12:30 pm–2:00 pm	Barbecue mixer for graduate students
3:00 pm–4:50 pm	Information sessions for graduate students
4:30 pm–6:30 pm	Professional networking event for graduate students
