Graduate School of Business Dean Discusses Shifts in the Workforce on KCBS Radio

Deborah Merrill-Sands, dean of the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business at Mills College, was featured again on KCBS radio sharing her insight on workforce trends in a discussion of the 20th annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.

Merrill-Sands, an authority on women’s workforce issues, analyzed the evolution of the annual event and the changes in the workplace that have occurred since its inception twenty years ago.
