"It is gratifying to be recognized again as one of the top institutions in the West. We are proud to be ranked as an institution that provides a quality academic experience and also a good economic value for our students and their families,” said Mills College Provost Sandra C. Greer.
In the 2013 edition of Best Colleges, Mills received an overall college rating of 82. Among the Western schools, it was noted that Mills had a high percentage of classes with less than 20 students (77 percent of classes in 2011 had fewer than 20 students).
