Meal Plans

If you live in one of the residence halls, you’ll participate in one of the many dining plans at Founders Commons. You’ll find a variety of entrees for all kinds of diets, including a vegetarian item, as well as a daily Healthful Options Bar so that you can create your own meal. There are special meals during the holidays and even a bag lunch/dinner option if your class or work schedule requires you to be away from campus during mealtime.

Standard meal plans for residential students are 12, 15, or 19 meals per week. There are also more tailor-made options:

● The 10-Plus Plan provides 10 meals per week in the dining halls, with an additional 500 points ($500) for the semester. Points can be used for guests at Founders Commons or snacks and meals at the Tea Shop.

● The Mills Points plan is an option available to commuters for convenience and savings. Money is put on your card at the beginning of the semester, and provides a discount of 10% or more, for purchasing food in either the Tea Shop or the dining halls.

You can change your choice of meal plan during the check-in period for fall and spring semesters. After the check-in period, you may buy “up” from any plan. Contact Housing Management & Dining Services to purchase a plan.
