Accessing Services
Students with disabilities who need academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, physical access, or other types of accomodations should contact Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) in the Division of Student Life. The steps to follow are: 1. Bring your documentation, if you have it, to your registration appointment. After a discussion with the SSD director, accommodations will be finalized and you will receive instruction about requesting accommodations online. 2. Request accommodations online as soon as possible. 3. If your accommodations include extended time and/or a distraction reduced environment for testing, you will need to make reservations for each test you take. You will be given the information you need to manage this online once you meet with the Director of SSD. Hard copy forms are also available in the Cowell Building and Reinhardt Hall.
