Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

      The federal school code for Mills College is 001238.

2008-2009 Mills College Financial Aid Form (24k, pdf) 

• New Undergraduates Only

          To be filed in addition to the FAFSA.  If you
          are unable to view this form, please call   
          510.430.2000 or email finaid@mills.edu to 
          arrange to have it mailed. 

2008-2009 Cal Grant GPA Verification Form (387k, pdf)

• Undergraduate California Residents Only

2008-2009 Noncustodial Parent's Statement (99k, pdf)

• New Undergraduates Only

         To be filed by the noncustodial parent in the case
         of a dependent student whose parents are
         divorced, separated, or were never married.  (The
         custodial parent should complete the FAFSA and
         Mills College Financial Aid Form.)  The Noncustodial
         Parent's Statement should be sent directly to the
         M Center. 

 2008-2009 Certification of Non-filing Form

•  Continuing Undergraduates Only

          To be filed by independent undergraduate 
          students who are not required to file a 2007 
          federal tax return and by the parent of a
          dependent undergraduate student if the parent 
          is not required to file a 2007 federal tax return. 

 2008-2009 Dependent Verification Worksheet

•  If you are a dependent student, and your
   federal Student Aid Report (SAR) indicates that
   you have been selected for federal verification, 
   please complete this form and submit it to the 
   M Center at Mills. 

2008-2009 Independent Verification Worksheet

•  If you are an independent student, and your
   federal Student Aid Report (SAR) indicates that
   you have been selected for federal verification,
   please complete this form and submit it to the
   M Center at Mills.

• To be completed by parents who are applying for  a Federal PLUS Loan on behalf of a dependent  student.
