Student Accounts eRefunds

Mills offers a direct deposit option for student refunds. You can enroll in eRefund through the Mills Resource Portal by clicking on “Account Billing and Payments” under the heading “myMILLS Resources.” Enter your bank account information where you would like the funds to be deposited. 

If there is a credit balance on your account, a refund may be issued and the funds would be deposited electronically into your bank account, based on the information you provided online. Note that there is a $35 charge for any returned eRefunds that need to be reissued.

You may withdraw from eRefund, edit your bank account information or add new bank account information at any time.

Refunds generated by a Federal Parent PLUS Loan will be issued as a paper check to the parent borrower unless the parent specifies that the refund should go to the student.

eRefund is the fastest method for you to receive your refund. If you do not enroll in eRefund, a check will be mailed to you. Checks are not available for pick up.

Spring 2012 Refunds

To be eligible for a refund you must have:

  • completed all financial aid requirements by January 9 (check myMILLS under "Student Requirements" on the Financial Aid tab),
  • enrolled in the appropriate number of credits (usually full-time),
  • confirmed your semester attendance (click here for more information), and
  • financial aid and/or payments which exceed the total charges for the semester.

New Students: Mills must have received and processed your final high school and/or college transcripts.

If you are eligible for a refund for spring 2012 and enroll in eRefund by January 12, you should receive the funds in your bank account by January 18. If you do not enroll in eRefund by January 12, a check will be mailed to you on January 20. Checks are not available for pick up.
