Mills offers a direct deposit option for student refunds. You can enroll in eRefund through the Mills Resource Portal by clicking on “Account Billing and Payments” under the heading “myMILLS Resources.” Then click on "Receive refunds electronically." Enter your bank account and routing information where you would like the funds to be deposited. You may also view this tutorial on how to sign up for eRefund. If there is a credit balance on your account, a refund may be issued and the funds would be deposited electronically into your bank account, based on the information you provided online. Note that there is a $35 charge for any returned eRefunds that need to be reissued. You may withdraw from eRefund, edit your bank account information or add new bank account information at any time. Refunds generated by a Federal Parent PLUS Loan will be issued as a paper check to the parent borrower unless the parent specifies on the PLUS Loan application that the refund should go to the student. eRefund is the fastest method for you to receive your refund. If you do not enroll in eRefund, a check will be mailed to you. Checks are not available for pick up. Fall 2013 Refunds To be eligible for a refund you must have:
New Students: Mills must have received and processed your final high school and/or college transcripts. If you are eligible for a refund for fall 2013 and enroll in eRefund by August 20, you should receive the funds in your bank account by August 23. If you do not enroll in eRefund by August 20, a check will be mailed to you on August 30. Checks are not available for pick up.
