Department of Audio-Visual Technical Services Audio-Visual Technical Services Staff James E. Graham: Director of Technical Services The Audio-Visual Technical Services (AVTS) team is responsible for installing and maintaining classroom presentation systems; circulating audio-visual equipment to faculty, students, and staff; providing technical support for college events; overseeing the operations of Lisser Theater and Prieto Lab; and providing audio and video transfer and duplication services. If you have additional technical needs for your classroom, or would like assistance or training, please contact us by telephone (xt2211) or email at av-requests@mills.edu. Students, staff, and faculty with a valid Mills ID are free to check out audio-visual equipment from the AVTS office located in Fine Arts Annex 113. Checkout Procedure To checkout equipment, come to the AVTS office with your valid Mills ID and a list of equipment needed. If you are not sure of the equipment you need, please be prepared to describe the nature of your event/project so that we may be better able to help you assess your AV needs. Please come to the AVTS office with enough time to properly check out and go over any equipment with which you may be unfamiliar. Our office can get busy and you may have to wait in line. You may reserve equipment for pick-up on a future date. To make a reservation send an email to av-requests@mills.edu with the following information:
