Reporting Non-SPAM Received at Mills

  1. Email that is not SPAM that gets put in your SPAM folder should be forwarded directly to not-spam@mills.edu When reporting Non-SPAM please try to include the Internet headers with the message and do not add ANY text to the body of the message. See this link for how to include headers: How To Email Headers
  2. Inappropriate email should be forwarded to abuse@mills.edu; once again try to include the header if possible.

A final note: SPAM "tagging" is more art than science and we are constantly improving the system. With your help we can continue to improve our success with it. Please be aware that something that may not be SPAM to you may be SPAM to others. At this time we are under a global rules condition, which means any adjustments made affect all users. We cannot promise that no email will get mislabeled so we suggest that you check your spam folder a couple times a week.
