Public Student Computing Lab Locations
These labs are available 6:00 a.m. to midnight for student use. You will need your Mills ID card to open the doors of these labs.
Computer Classroom Locations
These labs are reserved for classroom use. However, students may use Stern 35 outside of regularly scheduled class times. You will need your Mills ID card to open the doors of these labs.
Commuting Student Labs/Lounges
These labs are for our commuting students only. Go to the HMDS office and present your Mills ID card to request a key to the appropriate commuting student lab. All commuting student labs are located in the Student Union.
- Graduate Lounge - graduate students
- Mary Atkins - resuming undergraduate students (over age 23)
- Persis Coleman - traditional age undergraduate students
Residence Hall and House Labs
These labs are only for residential students who live in the hall or house. You will need your Mills ID card to open the doors of the lab in these residence halls:
- Ege
- Ethel Moore
- Mary Morse
- Orchard-Meadow
- Warren Olney
You will need go to the HMDS office and present your Mills ID card to request a key to these labs:
Academic Department Computing Labs
Access to these labs is typically restricted to students enrolled in courses in each department. Rules, regulations, hours of operation and access vary. Ask your professor or the department's faculty administrative assistant if you have questions regarding access to these labs. Some departmental computing labs include:

Other Student Computing Facilities
Rules, regulations, hours of operation and access vary. Ask your professor or the department's administrative assistant if you have questions regarding access to these labs. Some additional computing facilities include:
