Campus Visit Programs

During the academic year, the Office of Undergraduate Admission hosts several campus visit programs for students and their parents. High school seniors and transfer students may attend an overnight program, transfer students may attend a transfer information program, and nursing students may attend a nursing information session. There is also a visit program for high school sophomores and juniors.

Advance registration is required for all programs. Call 800.87.MILLS to register or fill out our online form.

Program Descriptions

Experience Mills (for first-year and transfer students in October, first-year students only in November)
If you want to attend a college that offers a collaborative learning environment and is renowned for academic excellence, Mills College may be the best choice for you! During this event, you will meet dynamic students, learn about the application process, tour the campus, sample the curriculum by attending classes or mock classes (on Saturday), and experience the social life at Mills. Overnight Program for Applicants
This is an exciting event for students who have applied to Mills! If you have not applied yet, please click here. Meet Mills students and experience the engaging and empowering academic environment. Meet campus leaders and faculty members. Enjoy touring the campus, and sample the curriculum by attending a class. On Sunday night, enjoy or participate in the annual Mills Got Talent Show and spend the night in the residence halls hosted by a Mills student. Click here for a sample program schedule.

Spring Visit Day
During this Saturday event for high school sophomore and junior students, you will experience the unique and exceptional college environment at Mills. You and your family will have the opportunity to hear from dynamic students and college administrators, discuss the benefits of women's liberal arts and sciences education, attend workshops, and tour the campus. A Summer Day at Mills
Come join us for A Summer Day at Mills! We invite you and your family to visit campus and spend an afternoon getting to know Mills, current students and our admission staff. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the Mills community and our application process. Students will attend small group meetings with current students and Admission Counselors. Guests will have an opportunity to meet with the Dean of Undergraduate Admission and understand the value of a Mills education. Click here for a sample program schedule.

Spotlight on Mills
We invite you to an exciting transfer information program where you will learn about admission, financial aid, and transfer credit. Bring your completed Mills College fall 2012 application and official school transcripts to the event and receive an admission decision from us in 24 hours! Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA recommended. Tour and Information Session
Join us for our Saturday Tour and Information Sessions! You will tour the campus with a current Mills student, and then meet with an Admission Counselor, who can answer all your questions. This is a great opportunity to see the campus and learn more about the Mills community and our application process for those who cannot make it to campus during the week.
