Four Lokey School business students collaborate on a project.

Become an Ethical Leader.

The Lorry I. Lokey School of Business and Public Policy offers three business degree programs that empower you to grow as an ethical and socially responsible organizational leader: the master of business administration (MBA), the master of management (MM), and a unique joint MBA/MA in educational leadership. All programs will deepen your understanding and practice of the key principles of socially responsible leadership: ethical decision making and governance, social and community accountability, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

The MBA gives you the strategic perspective, business knowledge, and leadership and management skills to deliver strong organizational performance. It typically requires two years of study if completed on a full-time schedule and incorporates opportunities for fieldwork and internships. The MM—a one-year program if completed through full-time study—provides a solid business foundation to enhance your professional opportunities and the flexibility to tailor your studies to your goals. Both degrees can be earned in less time if you have prior business coursework.

The joint MBA/MA in educational leadership is designed specifically to prepare future educational leaders and managers for success by giving them knowledge of both educational processes and dynamics, and strategic business and management skills. The degree helps graduates confront the complex challenges of the rapidly changing educational landscape. The program can be completed in three years or less depending on prior coursework—a year less than would be needed for two separate degrees.
