This program prepares students to work as teachers, administrators, and leaders in early childhood settings and in advocacy and policy for young children. Career options include: 

  •  Working in preschools and child development programs in public or private settings
  • Teaching early childhood education courses in community colleges
  • Participating in policy design, evaluation, and implementation
  • Conducting further research and pursuing a doctoral degree
