Each year Mills dedicates substantial resources toward funding merit scholarships so we can reward students whose academic achievements, leadership skills, community contributions, or special talents stand out, regardless of their financial circumstances.

How to Apply for Scholarships

There’s no special application required to be considered for merit scholarships from Mills. All you need to do is submit your Mills admission application materials by the normal deadlines:

  • November 15: Early action (first-year students only)
  • January 15: Regular decision

Need-Based Scholarships

In addition to merit scholarships, we also offer scholarships based on demonstrated financial need. Eligibility for need-based scholarships is determined through the financial aid process.
