We work hard to make sure the meals at Mills are good to eat and good for the planet. We source local and organic ingredients as much as possible, and cook from scratch in small batches to keep our dishes fresh and healthy. The Daily Meal, a website dedicated to “all things food and drink,” regularly ranks Mills on its list of the 75 Best Colleges for Food in America.

Not only is our food fresh, locally sourced, and delicious, we get high marks for our overall commitment to sustainability. The Princeton Review consistently names us one of the greenest colleges around.
