Passionate about trauma informed care, development of healthcare policies and protocols, program development, development of medical record templates and consultation services driven by Lean methodology. Experienced public speaker and education developer. Strong professional with a double B.S. focused in Child and Family Sciences with a concentration on Child Life Studies and Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Florida State University. Combined M.S. in Exceptional Student Education Pre-K Disabilities/Exceptional Student Education K-12/ESOL-Reading from the University of Miami. Trilingual-English/Spanish/Portuguese.
