Biography

Jasmin Ansar is an economist who began her career as a full time academic and then was employed in both the private and public sectors. She is an Adjunct professor in the Economics department at the Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Public Policy and Business, Mills College, Oakland. She teaches the Introduction to Statistics and Microeconomics courses for the Economics department and Modeling and Data Analysis for the Masters in Applied Economics program. Dr. Ansar has a PhD in Economics from the University of Southampton, England, a Diploma/MSc. in Econometrics and Economics from the University of Southampton, England and a B.A. in Economics with Mathematics from Sussex University, England.
