Dr. NNeka Allen-Harrison, Co-founded Leaders Innovators & Forward Thinkers of Tomorrow (LIFTT Inc.), a STEM education non-profit and co-authored several books and articles. Allen-Harrison is a former social service provider and family counselor. She has consulted with school districts and community-based agencies on areas related to school improvement, home-school community partnerships, early childhood development, parental engagement, and violence prevention. Dr. NNeka Allen-Harrison holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership in Early Childhood from Mills College. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Clark-Atlanta University.
