Whenever you need a quiet refuge or spiritual resource, the Mills Chapel is here for you. This light-filled, wood-and-glass sanctuary has served as the Mills community’s nondenominational gathering space since 1967. The Chapel also hosts special campus events such as the annual Festival of Light and Dark, intimate dance performances, and choir concerts.
The Chapel is open seven days a week for meditation. During the week you can seek guidance from our director of spiritual and religious life. The director can provide you with support as you contemplate questions about faith and spirituality and connect you with faith-based organizations on campus and in the surrounding community.
When you need to quiet your mind or find a healing space, you can enjoy the labyrinth located on the gravel courtyard between the Chapel and the Littlefield Concert Hall. The labyrinth is available for walking as a way to reflect, find balance, and encourage prayer, meditation, insight, community, and celebration.
