Accessing Services

Students with disabilities who need academic adjustments, auxiliary aids, physical access, or other types of accommodations should contact Student Access and Support Services (SASS) in the Division of Student Life.

The steps to follow are:

1. Fill out our intake form and bring it with you, along with your documentation, to your registration apointment.

If you have not had accommodations previously at another institution and do not have documentation, please fill out the top portion of this form and bring it with you when you meet with SASS.

After a discussion with the SASS office, accommodations will be finalized and you will receive instruction about requesting accommodations online.

2. Register for your accommodations online as soon as possible utilizing the instructions here.

3. If your accommodations include extended time and/or a distraction reduced environment for testing, you will need to make reservations for each test you take through your student portal. Instructions are here: Exam Accommodations FAQ.
