Ms. Renée Jadushlever serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President for External Relations at Mills College in Oakland, California. She has served Mills in a variety of leadership roles since 1991. In her current role, she supervises operations, facilities and construction, housing and dining services, auxiliaries, public safety, government relations, and the staff in the Office of the President.
As Chief of Staff, she ensures information flow to and from the President’s Office, assists in relationship building and liaises with internal and external constituencies, tracks and monitors progress of projects, and works and prepares research on special assignments for the President.
She has edited two scholarly journals, as Editor-in-Chief for Printing History, the journal of the American Printing History Association, and as the Managing Editor of Phaedrus: An International Journal of Children’s Literature Research. Additionally, she has curated numerous national and international exhibitions, including the Centennial Celebration Exhibition of the Grolier Club (NY).
Ms. Jadushlever received her MLS in Library Science from Columbia University, with a concentration in Rare Books Administration.
In her spare time she enjoys participating in book clubs and attending San Francisco Giants games.
